Dabeli is a very popular snack in India. It is originated in the Kutch area of Gujarat. It is a snack made with boiled potato combined with chopped onion, garlic, meetha chutney, spicy masalas and often sprinkled with pomegranate and sew. In order to serve the dabeli assemble the ingredients in a plate, applying tamarind chutney on one bun and red chutney on other side of bun, add the potato mash, sprinkle some chopped coriander and sev along with pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts and dabeli masala. Cover the other side with the pun. Add some chutney and sprinkle sew again along with coriander leaves on top.
